Balaji Krishnan started career as a Second-Generation Chartered Accountant in 2002, after having completed Apprenticeship in M/s Rangamani itself under Late R Krishna Iyengar. Made the entity grow by more than 15 times in the last 18 years. From a tax practicing exclusive unit, transformed the entity into a Global outlook Firm at Kottayam itself. Firmly believed in realising the True Value of Individual as well as the organisation. 2002 till Date Person in Charge of Operations at Kottayam, Kerala of M/s Rangamani, and Presently Managing Partner of Rangamani Associates a Chartered Accountancy firm.

Implemented unmatched system integration in work place there by easily managing the affairs of large number of clients in spite of the wide travel plans. Never to encourage overtime, always believed in simplifying the work process and delegate work accordingly. Now heads the workforce of about 80 members, in 7 locations along with 6 other Partners all of whom work in unison fully realising that the Organisation is always above the individual.
